Businesses which have implemented and are using Dynamics 365 Sales, will now be getting its benefits as mobile ERP & CRM. Recently, Microsoft has launched new mobile application for Dynamics 365 Sales for public review.
As per Microsoft documentation, Dynamics 365 Sales mobile app is specifically designed for core sales scenarios.
“Field sellers spend a lot of time on the road, traveling to meet customers. On-the-go time can become productive time with a mobile-first sales app for iOS and Android. As part of our commitment to simplify CRM experiences and help sellers focus on selling, we’re introducing an intuitive mobile experience to offer quick access to customer information and make it easy to keep this information current” according to Microsoft documentation.
The new mobile application can be installed on iOS and Android and will be requiring the administrator to enable preview and relevance search in the Power Platform admin center.
With Dynamics 365 Sales Mobile, the sellers are better prepared for customer engagement, log-share and find information instantly wherever they are. The mobile app is optimized for field sellers to do most common task on-the-go.
