Harvey & Brockless is a producer and distributor of specialty foods, working with artisan producers across the globe. They supply a nationwide network of customers, from small farm shops to restaurants and food manufacturers. Based in Nine Elms, London, their range spans British farmhouse cheeses, Mediterranean deli products, and bespoke sauces and dips.
Running a specialty food distribution business means managing constant movement, production output, warehouse stock, and deliveries across a nationwide network, all at once. For Harvey & Brockless, that meant a system had to keep pace with how much they were producing, tracking, and shipping every day. Deliveries are tracked live, with GPS location and digital signatures replacing phone calls and paper signatures that were easy to lose. Warehouse stock now has full bin and lot level traceability, supporting the business as it continues to grow. Reporting that once relied on manual preparation now draws on live, accurate data across production, inventory, and delivery.
