JTC International ran on a restrictive on-premise system with manual stock tracking and finance processes. SQIT implemented Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, centralizing inventory, finance, and warehouse operations with custom valuation reporting. Forecasting accuracy reached 95%+, and finance now saves 40 to 50% of its time.
JTC International FZCO, established in 2010 and based in Jebel Ali Freezone, Dubai, is a market leader in IT and imaging distribution. JTC is an authorized distributor for brands like Canon, Epson, HP, Dell, and Acer, plus its own brand UNOMAT, with a strong distribution network across Africa and the Middle East.
JTC International runs a large, inventory-heavy distribution business across a wide network of channel partners. Getting stock levels, pricing, and financial visibility right, in real time, isn’t optional for a distributor of this scale, it’s what keeps the supply chain moving. With a growing portfolio of global brands and operations spanning multiple regions, JTC needed every part of the business, from the warehouse floor to the finance team, working off the same accurate numbers.
For years, JTC relied on an on-premise server system built for basic bookkeeping, not for the scale and complexity of a growing distribution business. As the company expanded its brand portfolio and reach, that system started holding the business back instead of supporting it. What worked for a smaller operation began to show its limits the moment JTC needed real-time answers instead of end-of-day ones.
Prior to digital transformation, JTC faced structural and operational hurdles across stock visibility, finance, and system access.
Together, these gaps meant decisions relied on outdated numbers and manual cross-checking, slowing the business down as it tried to scale. The more JTC grew, the more these small delays added up into real operational risk.
SQIT implemented Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to centralize JTC’s inventory, finance, and warehouse operations, adding custom inventory valuation reporting to meet their specific year-end financial needs.
Each piece addressed a specific gap, but together they gave JTC one connected, cloud-accessible system across inventory, finance, and warehouse.
The finance team now makes forecasting decisions with 95%+ accuracy, backed by 3 to 4 years of historical and vendor-level data, reducing dependency on senior management. Entry duplication between sales and warehouse modules has been eliminated, giving the team a cleaner audit trail and saving 40 to 50% of time previously spent on manual entry.
Warehouse operations have moved beyond basic tracking to full bin and pallet-level location tracking, with system-suggested storage placement to support growing operations. The system is now accessible from anywhere, removing the restriction of a single on-premise server.

By migrating JTC International from an on-premise system to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, SQIT delivered real-time inventory intelligence and independent, data-driven decision-making.
